Refund and Return Policy

◎ The appreciation period is not a trial period. According to the provisions of consumer protection laws, perfumes, deodorants, skin care products, and cosmetics are personal hygiene products. The 7-day appreciation period is not applicable to products that have been opened. Once opened, the goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check in after receipt. Priority will be given to confirming the condition of the product after receiving it. If the product is not defective, our company has the right to refuse returns or exchanges due to reasons such as not liking the taste after purchase.

◎Refund applications must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods, including holidays. If the application is late or does not meet the conditions of our return policy, our company has the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with customer service before submitting the application.

◎Notes on returns and exchanges: The goods you return must be returned to their original condition, that is, they must be returned to the original state when you received the goods (including main products, accessories, internal and external packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.) and maintained The completeness of the status at the time of shipment. If there is a physical invoice, the documents required by relevant laws and regulations should be returned together with the invoice. If there are missing parts, our company has the right to reject your request for return and refund. This will affect your rights to return or exchange goods.

◎If the product you ordered is defective, you can request a full refund or exchange for a new product. Due to the complicated refund procedures and accounting operations, the refund process will take 7 to 10 working days.

◎After you apply for a return or exchange, please take the initiative to ask for the documents from the freight staff and keep them until the return or exchange is completed to facilitate future inquiries.
